“What a fantastic
day! Great value for money. The children were really inspired by
the wonderful dramatisation of the Indian tale. The workshops were
great fun and the children got a real feel for the Indian culture
with so many hands-on resources. Steve and Helen were extremely
well organised and professional, they clearly understood the needs
of the pupils. Madd World provided us with an entertaining and educational
day. I'll definitely book
them again next year.”
Paula Jacobs – Headteacher, St. Anthony of Padua RC Primary,
Liverpool
“I got to play a
drum with real fur on. I was supposed to hit it but I just wanted
to stroke it.”
Katie – Year 3
“Daniel talked all
the way home about his day with Madd World. I don’t normally
get a word out of him so he’d obviously enjoyed it. We could
do with Madd World being in every day.”
Daniel’s mum
"Our children are
still talking about their exciting, interactive, fun-packed day.
The whole package was superbly
resourced and presented by professionals
who know how to enthuse and captivate children. I would have them
back tomorrow!"
Phil Choi, Headteacher at Oldfield Primary, Chester
“I liked it when
Ameerah did her little dance”
Alex – Year 5
“I was a bit worried
about doing the drama but it was really good. We got to dress up
and make up our own dance. I liked it when we went back into the
hall in front of the other classes. I could see my sister smiling
at me.”
Josh – Year 5
“We had an enjoyable
and interesting day. The range of activities and resources were
both stimulating and exciting. From the performance to the music
and art workshops, the attention
to detail was outstanding.
A thoroughly enjoyable day for both the pupils and staff. Thank
you.”
Steven Hatton – Year 3/4 teacher, St Monica’s RC Primary,
Warrington
“I liked doing the
Indian art. It wasn’t too hard and it looked good when we’d
finished. I’d never used sand before to make a picture.”
Damon – Year 6
“The cultural background
session was great. It provided strong links with our Geography and
History topics in a fun and exciting way. It
was lovely to watch the less able pupils get so involved
and be a part of what was going on."
Larraine Blythyn – Year 4 teacher,
Oldfield Primary, Chester
“The food basket was the best. You
could smell things that made your nose tingle.”
Gemma – year 5
